Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a service?

Open the PalehuiGo app, select your vehicle, choose a service category, review available providers, and schedule your appointment.

How do I cancel a booking?

Go to Activity or Bookings in the app, select your appointment, and choose Cancel.

Free cancellation is typically available up to 2 hours before the scheduled service. Fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

How do payments work?

When marketplace payments are enabled, payment is processed only after:

  1. The Contractor marks the service as completed, and

  2. You confirm completion in the app.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe). PalehuiGo does not store full credit card numbers.

For Contractor subscriptions purchased through Apple, billing is handled by Apple via your Apple ID.

What if I have an issue with a completed service?

If you experience an issue:

  1. Go to Activity

  2. Select the job

  3. Tap Report Issue

Our team will review the dispute and determine next steps in accordance with our Terms of Service.

How do I request a refund?

Refund requests for marketplace services should be submitted through the in-app Report Issue feature.

Refunds for App Store subscriptions must be requested directly through Apple according to Apple’s policies.

How do I become a service provider?

Email us at palehuia@palehui.shop with your business details and service areas. We will guide you through the onboarding process.

How do I delete my account?

You may delete your account directly within the app by navigating to:

Settings → Delete Account

Personal data is deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

PalehuiGo connects Clients with independent Contractors. Contractors are not employees of PalehuiGo. Service quality and performance are the responsibility of the Contractor providing the service.
