DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

⚠️ WARNING: THIS ACTION IS PERMANENT

Deleting your account permanently removes access to the PalehuiGo app.

This action cannot be undone.

Your personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems within 30 days, except for information we are legally required to retain.

WHAT WILL BE DELETED

The following data will be removed:

  • Personal Information (name, email, phone number)

  • Saved Vehicles

  • Service History

  • Chat Messages

  • Uploaded Photos

  • Account Preferences

  • Device session tokens

  • Location history (where applicable)

WHAT MAY BE RETAINED (LEGAL REQUIREMENTS)

Certain records may be retained as required by law, fraud prevention, or payment compliance:

  • Payment transaction records

  • Tax documentation

  • Chargeback and dispute logs

  • Audit and security logs

  • Records required by financial regulations

These retained records are stored securely and are not used for marketing purposes.

BEFORE YOU DELETE

Please ensure:

  • All active jobs are completed or canceled

  • Any pending disputes are resolved

  • No pending payments or chargebacks exist

  • You understand that subscriptions purchased through Apple must be canceled separately

Deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel App Store subscriptions.

To cancel Apple subscriptions:
Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT (IN-APP METHOD — RECOMMENDED)

  1. Open the PalehuiGo app

  2. Navigate to Settings

  3. Tap Delete Account

  4. Review the deletion summary

  5. Type DELETE to confirm intent

  6. Enter your password to verify identity

  7. Tap Confirm Account Deletion

Immediately after confirmation:

  • You will be logged out

  • All sessions will be terminated

  • Your account will be scheduled for deletion

Data removal is completed within 30 days.

IF YOU CANNOT ACCESS THE APP

You may submit an email request:

  1. Send an email to: palehuia@palehui.shop

  2. Subject line: Account Deletion Request

  3. Include:

    • The email associated with your account

    • Your full name

  4. We may request identity verification before processing

Requests are processed within 48 hours.

AFTER DELETION

  • Your account cannot be restored

  • You must create a new account if you wish to use the app again

  • Any ratings or reviews associated with your account may remain anonymized

  • Dispute-related records may remain stored as required by law
